Description:
The Gardner Peak Trail ascends from the Pine Valley Recreation Area to the top of Gardner peak. This trail will provide you with truly a "bird’s eye" view of the Pine Valley area. Gardner Peak sits at 9488 feet above sea level.
Directions:
From St. George: Take Highway 18 north for about 23 miles, turn right at the Pine Valley junction (E. Pine Valley Road) and go 8 miles until you reach a “T” in the road. Take a left and continue for about 1.5 miles. The trailhead is located on the left just after the Pine Valley Recreation Area entrance gate.
